The Body Coach Update

 Wow so I said in my first blog post about this that I was going to try and update you weekly.... unfortunately I’ve been faaaarrr to busy to do that! But I’ll give you a wee update now!! 🙌🏻😘

Im about 6 weeks into the plan now and I’ve now moved up to cycle 2! Which means more carbs, bigger portions and weight training! 🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♂️

I’m feeling fab! I think I have more energy, it’s amazing getting my workouts done in half an hour and I haven’t bailed one single workout yet! Go me!! I’ve also had NO chocolate, NO booze (but I’m not a big drinker anyway) and I’ve stuck to the plan 100% so I’m delighted with myself!  🏅🥇

The meals are super quick to make and 99% of them are absolutely delicious!!!  😲☺️

So after my first cycle I lost around 6 inches and lost 3lb! Not too shabby at all! I’ll take that! I’m definitely going to keep everything I’m learning from TBC as part of my life in the hope that when my two holidays abroad (I know! I’m getting 2 holidays this year 🤓) I’ll be a skinny toned version of myself! I’m even considering taking gym gear with me so I can work out a few times whilst I’m on holiday!!! 🙈🙈🙈
